 Vineyard Sutton Youth age 11 - 18yrs
Fusion and Ignite form the Vineyard Church Sutton's youth ministry dedicated to providing a safe place for are teenagers to hang out, have fun and explore their faith.
Fusion is the youth group for 11 to 14s (school years 7 to 9) and Ignite is years for 14s+ (school year 10+)
Both groups meet separately on a Sunday and at other times, however, they do have a number of joint activities / events during the year.
At VCS we also have a Youth Band that hold regular sessions for Fusion and Ignite to crank up the volume and worship together :)
Fusion is Vineyard Church Sutton's youth group for 11 to 14 year olds. (School years 7 to 9)
 Fusion's focus is Fun, Faith and Friendship, and we hope to provide a few places in the week where all the young people that want to be part of us can find space to make friends, learn about Jesus, serve in the church and live in the reality of the Kingdom of God.
Fusion meets every Sunday morning (10:30 - 12:00) at Overton Grange School, where we focus on building positive relationships, looking at the Bible, doing activities and discussing what Jesus has to say about the way we live our lives.
Fusion has a busy social diary, with some of the events we have undertaken including: ice skating, trips to the beach, movie nights, bowling, youth weekends away at DTi, BBQs etc
We have two mentoring groups meeting during the month - Girls Night in & Lad's Lounge
The focus of these groups is to provide space for the guys and girls to meet separately, hang out, have loads of fun, build deeper realationships and to look at issues that relate to young men and woman growing in faith.
Throughout the year Fusion aims to take our young people away on residential trips. We have been to DTI (Dreaming The Impossible), which was a hugely rewarding trip for youth and leaders alike. The impact of the last trip is still felt a year later! Time away from the usual enviroment is a great opportunity to deepen relationships and have fun doing things not always possible at home.

Ignite is the Vineyard Church Sutton youth ministry for teenagers in school years 10 and above.
We meet some Sunday mornings at Overton Grange School, during the morning service, and on Sunday evenings at the Church Centre from 7.30-9.30pm.
Using media, discussion, worship, games, prayer and ministry, our vision for Ignite is to be a place where we get equipped for life, connected to Jesus and to one another, and where we begin to serve and reach our community.
