Welcome teamArriving at 9.15 am on a Sunday morning, duties include setting up our welcome area, greeting people as they arrive at our service, answering any questions and ensuring that visitors and newcomers receive their free welcome packs!Julie Walker: welcome@vineyardchurch.orgHospitalityArriving at 9.15 am for a 10 am start, this team prepare and serve lovely, aromatic fresh coffee, along with a selection of tea and juice. Platters of chocolate biscuits finish this perfect welcome! Hall teamArriving at 9.00 am, this team set up the main hall ready for the morning service. Their serving also includes meeting people as they enter the service and showing people to their chairs. AV / Media play an integral part of our church service.Mark Bentley: av@vineyardchurch.orgPA teamArriving at 9 am, the PA team provide sound engineering for the service and especially the worship band. We meet every Sunday to pray before the service, from 9.30 am - 10.15 am. There are signs to direct you to the prayer room on the banners at the entrance to Overton Grange. Creative / liturgical arts are used at most of our morning services, and we have specific services where the Creative Arts team lead us in worship through the use of reflections / media / sound / participatory activities.
