Small Groups

Small groups encourage care and mutual support for VCS members. Being part of a small group and getting to know each other helps extend care in the church. They are places where we can be known, know others and receive prayer and support as part of a loving community.

When an immediate or ongoing problem goes beyond the resource of a small group, the small group leader may seek assistance from their cluster group leader or a member of pastoral staff. Together they can determine the most appropriate form of pastoral care for the individual.
